Job Summary: This position supports project management by assisting in planning, monitoring, documentation, and process standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Support the development and monitoring of project schedules 2. Assist in tracking activities, deadlines, and deliverables 3. Contribute to the standardization of project management processes **Main Responsibilities** * Support the development, updating, and monitoring of project schedules. * Assist in tracking activities, deadlines, and deliverables with involved departments. * Organize and maintain up-to-date project documentation (meeting minutes, reports, spreadsheets, and records). * Support the collection and consolidation of information for status reports and performance indicators. * Assist in managing project demands, risks, and pending items. * Support project meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-ups. * Contribute to the standardization of processes, workflows, and project management methodologies. * Provide administrative and operational support to project managers and coordinators. **Requirements** * Completed high school education (bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Project Management, Engineering, Technology, or related fields is preferred). * Basic knowledge of project management and process organization.
