Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for cleaning and organizing the construction site, assisting in surface preparation and material transportation, and supporting task execution. Support in assembly and disassembly of temporary structures **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Clean and organize the construction site, ensuring materials and tools are properly stored and ready for use. Assist in preparing surfaces for construction work, including debris removal, land leveling, and application of specific products. Transport construction materials—such as cement, sand, bricks, and tools—between different areas of the construction site using hand carts or other appropriate equipment. Assist in assembling and disassembling temporary structures—such as scaffolding and shoring—following supervisors’ instructions and adhering to safety regulations. Perform support tasks for civil construction professionals, such as concrete mixing, mortar preparation, and material cutting. Participate in small-scale construction projects and repairs—including wall building, sidewalk installation, and other structures—always under supervision by qualified professionals. Maintain and clean tools and equipment used on-site, ensuring proper functionality and extending service life. Strictly comply with safety regulations and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent accidents and safeguard health.
