**SENIOR MEDIA COORDINATOR**
**Summary:** A role that supports and assists the entire media team in developing and executing offline media campaigns.
**Responsibilities:**
* + In media planning, the coordinator must support the team in building the offline media plan, managing all inclusions and adjustments. They must also be responsible for extracting audience and behavioral research reports from media software, as well as contributing to media defense.
+ In campaign execution, the coordinator is responsible for preparing material request orders, letters to media outlets, and all media placement authorizations (PIs). They must monitor responses to e\-mails and manage necessary adjustments to ensure proper media authorization. They are responsible for sending campaign assets and materials, and must be aware of deadlines and specific requirements for each medium.
+ Day-to-day tasks include making adjustments, monitoring media outlet platforms, resolving pending issues with billing and checking departments, extracting reports, and liaising with media outlets.
**Education:**
* Bachelor’s degree preferred (completed or in progress)
**Experience:**
* Prior experience in this role at other agencies is essential.
**Technical Competencies:**
* Knowledge of offline media channels: broadcast TV, cable TV, out-of-home (OOH) and digital out-of-home (DOOH), cinema, newspapers, radio, and magazines. Understanding of the unique characteristics and specifications of each medium.
Planning such media channels with seniority, under supervision by the media supervisor.
Understanding of pre-broadcast campaign stages, ensuring all required documentation is prepared for full campaign execution.
Proficiency in completing documents such as Material Request Orders, Loan Letters, Material Generation Letters, Media Authorizations and Reservations (PIs), among others. Full awareness of the importance of these documents and the information they contain.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Globo Ads, MMA, and media software such as Instar Planning, Instar Analytics, Easymedia, and TGI. Familiarity with Comscore and CPV is desirable.
