Job Summary: An IT professional focused on maintenance, configuration, and support of systems and infrastructure—including servers and cloud services—for corporate clients. Key Highlights: 1. On-site and remote user support * Responsibilities: * Maintenance and configuration of computers and laptops * Support for corporate clients (on-site and remote) * User support * Domain server and PFsense firewall administration * Cloud service administration (Google, Microsoft) * Virtual machine administration (VM\-Ware) * Knowledge of administrative procedures * Client support * Requirements: * Technical knowledge in IT; * Knowledge of computer networks (physical and logical components) * Basic Linux command-line knowledge preferred * Knowledge of PFsense, Domain Server, and VMWare preferred * Knowledge of administrative procedures * Customer service skills * Knowledge of administrative procedures * A valid Brazilian driver's license (Category B) is mandatory.
