We are looking for an organized individual with attention to detail, professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. **Main Responsibilities** **Human Resources Department and Administrative Routines** * Prepare payroll entries. * Provide data for labor termination calculations. * Verify vacation entitlements and monitor expiration dates. * Prepare documents and support labor-related proceedings. * Conduct exit interviews for departing employees. * Perform daily time tracking management and monthly time sheet closing. * Monitor banked hours and/or overtime. * Issue, receive, and organize various documents. * Post announcements via bulletin board and e\-mail. * Place departmental purchase orders in the system. **Hiring, Onboarding, and Benefits** * Carry out hiring processes and register new hires in the system. * Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees. * Procure, enroll, remove, and administer benefits. * Support internal and external employees, ensuring appropriate assistance. * Manage controls such as telephone and tuition reimbursements, co-payments, fines, PCD (Person with Disability) targets, and apprenticeship program requirements. **Events and General Support** * Assist in organizing internal events and HR initiatives. * Support onboarding and employee engagement activities. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience with HR and Human Resources Department routines. * Knowledge of electronic time tracking systems, hiring and termination processes, and benefits administration. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to interact effectively with employees. * Basic/intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in industrial or operational environments. * Experience managing a wide variety of administrative controls. * Familiarity with payroll and time tracking systems.
