Job Summary: Professional responsible for preparing, reviewing, and monitoring budgets; conducting financial and economic feasibility analyses; producing management reports; and supporting executive leadership with financial insights. Prepare, review, and monitor budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow planning. Conduct financial and economic feasibility analyses for projects, investments, and new business ventures. Prepare and present management reports and financial performance indicators (EBITDA, margin, debt ratio, ROI, etc.). Analyze variances between actual and budgeted results, proposing corrective and preventive actions. Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and daily cash flow management. Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, and regulatory standards, supporting internal and external audits. Develop financial models and dashboards in Excel and/or Power BI to enhance decision-making. Support executive leadership and other departments with financial insights and strategic planning. Identify opportunities for cost reduction and profitability improvement. Lead automation and process optimization initiatives within the finance function, focusing on efficiency and control. Guide and support finance analysts and assistants, serving as a technical reference. Performance Indicators Accuracy of financial forecasts. Executive leadership and internal department satisfaction with financial support. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. Postgraduate degree or MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Business Management (preferred) Solid experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and controllership.
