We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * **Manage** the lifecycle of ICT solutions, covering activation, installation, configuration, support, monitoring, updates, and deactivation of the technology infrastructure. * **Receive, analyze, categorize, handle, and record** service requests and work orders, linking solutions to the corporate knowledge base. * **Diagnose, resolve, and automate** incidents, **analyze** root causes of recurring failures, **collaborate** with multidisciplinary teams, and **act** in crisis rooms. * **Plan, document, and manage** risks related to change implementation, **participate** in technical committees, and **maintain** configuration items and topologies up to date in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB). * **Configure** environments with redundancy and high availability, **execute and test** backup routines, and **participate** in periodic disaster recovery (DR) simulations. * **Apply** security patches (hardening), **proactively analyze** logs to identify vulnerabilities, **report** security incidents, and **collect** evidence for audits. * **Prepare** technical reports, **update** manuals and the knowledge base, **account** for executed activities, and **propose** operational and technological improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in IT or related field \+ Postgraduate degree or MBA in the area of expertise; * Technical English proficiency; **Desired Qualifications** * ITIL Foundation v4 or higher certification or training. **Additional Information** Want to see all our job openings?
