We look forward to meeting you and jointly driving the next generation of technological solutions. **Come Be a Hit!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the lifecycle of ICT solutions, covering activation, installation, configuration, support, monitoring, updates, and deactivation of technological resources; * Receive, analyze, categorize, resolve, and log service requests and work orders, linking solutions to the corporate knowledge base; * Perform diagnostics (troubleshooting), resolve and automate incidents, analyzing root causes of recurring failures; * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve incidents and participate in crisis management rooms; * Plan and document risks related to implementing changes in ICT environments; * Participate in technical committees related to change management; * Keep Configuration Items (CIs) and topologies updated in the Configuration Management Database (CMDB); * Configure redundancy and high-availability solutions for technological environments; * Execute and test data backup and recovery routines; * Participate in periodic Disaster Recovery (DR) simulations; * Apply security patches and hardening configurations in managed environments; * Proactively analyze logs to identify vulnerabilities and security risks; * Report security incidents and collect evidence for audit processes; * Prepare technical reports and documentation for managed environments; * Update manuals and procedures in the corporate knowledge base; * Account for executed activities and propose operational and tooling improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Required Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Postgraduate degree or MBA in the field of expertise; * Technical English proficiency. **Desirable Qualifications** * ITIL Foundation v4 or higher certification or training. **Additional Information** Want to explore all our open positions?
