Job Summary: The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for leading and overseeing the operational team, optimizing processes, and ensuring the quality and pace of logistics operations. To make this happen, our **Operations Coordinator** must be fully dedicated to managing daily operations, leading the team closely, and ensuring operations run with quality, organization, and pace. **Responsibilities and Duties:** The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing operational processes executed by operators. * Monitor goods receipt, storage, picking, and packing, ensuring process accuracy and quality. * Lead and oversee the operational team during daily routines; * Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions. * Collaborate with other departments to optimize logistics processes and increase overall efficiency. * Define and adjust work schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts. * Organize operations to ensure pace, quality, and productivity; **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Preferred) * Prior experience in logistics operations, retail, dark stores, distribution centers, or similar areas; * Experience leading operational teams; * Knowledge of inventory control, stocktaking, and operational performance analysis; * Sense of urgency, organization, and accountability; * Ability to make quick decisions under pressure; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Conflict resolution ability and capacity to maintain a positive work environment; * Proactivity and initiative to identify and solve problems. **Additional Information:** Location: * **Brasília \- DF \| 100% On-site** Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
