Job Summary: Supervises and coordinates construction and renovation activities, managing teams, schedules, and materials, while ensuring project execution and worksite safety. Key Highlights: 1. Focus on workplace safety and execution quality. **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM from Monday to Thursday, and 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM on Friday **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code * Supervise and coordinate construction and renovation activities. * Interpret and implement designs, ensuring compliance with technical specifications. * Manage the workforce by assigning tasks and monitoring performance. * Control the construction schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines. * Manage materials, supplies, and equipment, ensuring quality and safety at the construction site. * Communicate\- with engineers, architects, and other professionals involved in the project. * Identify and resolve issues arising during construction execution. * Ensure that all team members comply with occupational safety regulations. * Prepare progress reports and present results to supervisors. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * A degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture is a plus. * Experience in construction team management. * Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings. * Planning and construction control skills. * Knowledge of occupational safety standards. * Strong communication and leadership abilities. * Availability to work various shifts. * Familiarity with construction management software is a plus. **Benefits:** Meal allowance, Transportation allowance
