The Facilities department ensures the efficient operation of the company’s infrastructure and support services, guaranteeing a safe, organized, and productive environment for everyone. It manages contracts and suppliers, controls costs and service quality, and supports operations with a focus on efficiency, internal customer experience, and continuous improvement.
**Responsibilities and Duties** **In this team, you will have the opportunity to:**
* Manage and monitor facilities contracts, ensuring service quality and SLA compliance;
* Administer services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, chartered transportation, and catering;
* Manage suppliers and third-party teams, ensuring operational efficiency and internal customer satisfaction;
* Control inventory and procure supplies, ensuring material availability and organization;
* Perform contractual measurements and monitor financial indicators related to contracts;
* Prepare managerial reports and presentations to support decision-making.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What we expect from you for this role:**
* Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis, control, and processing;
* PowerPoint skills for creating executive presentations and managerial reports;
* Analytical ability to interpret data, generate insights, and support decision-making;
* Organizational skills and attention to detail in managing information and metrics;
* Strong interpersonal skills for interaction across departments and with suppliers;
* Solid problem-solving capability, focused on efficiency and continuous improvement.
**Nice-to-have (differentiators):**
* Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Looker Studio;
* ERP systems such as SAP or similar.
