**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1 hour and 30 minutes for lunch)

Adarco operates in the vehicle protection and insurance segment, offering affordable and secure solutions to its members. **Main Responsibilities**
* Audit issued invoices to ensure all active members are billed correctly;
* Monitor accounts receivable and delinquency jointly with the collections team;
* Perform frequent bank reconciliations;
* Ensure accurate numerical matching across systems, banks, and reports;
* Track financial inflows and outflows in the ERP;
* Support the finance assistant in operational routines;
* Prepare reliable financial information for managerial analysis;
* Maintain organization, consistency, and integrity of financial data.
* Key Challenges of the Role
* Act as the technical focal point between the Finance Manager and Finance Assistant, ensuring accuracy, validation, and reliability of departmental information — especially given the business’s high transaction volume.
**Requirements:** **Requirements and Qualifications**
* Education: Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields
* Experience:
* Prior experience in finance (analyst-level or similar);
* Experience with billing, accounts receivable control, and bank reconciliations;
* Experience in high-volume transaction environments is desirable;
* Experience in insurance, vehicle protection, or recurring service businesses is a plus.
* Analytical and organized;
* Proactive with strong sense of responsibility;
