Requires a proactive, agile, organized, ethical, and discreet profile *JOB: FINANCIAL ASSISTANT* Location: Lago Sul – DF Compensation: R$ 2.500,00 Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Saturday, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. (rotating shift) Benefits: Meal allowance R$33/day and transportation allowance R$11/day About the job A high-end furniture company specializing in luxury furniture and décor seeks a Financial Assistant to work in Lago Sul. The professional will be responsible for supporting all financial routines, ensuring organization, efficiency, and reliability in the company’s accounting and administrative processes. Main responsibilities - Management of accounts payable and accounts receivable, including collection of overdue payments. - Occasional travel to banks and clients. - Liaison with the accounting department, submission of accounting documents, and monitoring of tax-related procedures. - Payment of benefits and payroll closing control. - Control of tax and levy collections. - Client and supplier communication, maintaining clear, ethical, and professional interaction. - Organization and updating of financial records, ensuring agility and accuracy of information. Requirements and Qualifications - Bachelor’s or technical degree in finance-related fields, currently enrolled or completed. - Valid driver’s license is mandatory. - Intermediate accounting knowledge and intermediate Excel proficiency. - Strong writing and written communication skills. - Proactive, agile, organized, ethical, and discreet profile. - Ability to work empathetically and collaboratively while maintaining confidentiality of financial information.
