Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, guiding employees, supervising enforcement of standards, and promoting campaigns and training. Key Highlights: 1. In addition to supervising the implementation of these standards, the professional promotes campaigns and training to educate workers on the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), activity-related hazards, and, where applicable, environmental preservation. Works in accident prevention, workplace safety promotion, and raising employee awareness of best practices. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify and correct potential hazards. * Monitor training sessions and lectures delivered by suppliers and instructors on occupational safety, PPE usage, and accident prevention, ensuring quality and effectiveness of initiatives. * Develop and implement safety programs, such as PPRA (Program for Prevention of Environmental Hazards) and PCMSO (Occupational Health Medical Control Program). * Investigate workplace accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective and preventive actions. * Assist in preparing technical reports and documentation required by regulatory authorities. * Ensure compliance with applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) relevant to company activities. * Participate in internal and external audits related to occupational safety. * Collaborate with the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA) in developing preventive initiatives. * Provide support to operational areas to ensure safety in activities and processes. * Monitor appropriate use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). * Assist in completing Risk Analysis (AR), Preliminary Risk Analysis (APR), and Work Permit (PT) documents. * Monitor and supervise high-risk activities performed by Arena BSB staff. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Technical qualification in Occupational Safety, registered with the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Experience in occupational safety, preferably in industrial or event environments. * Knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) and related labor legislation. * Ability to conduct training sessions and lectures. * Capacity to identify and assess occupational hazards. * Knowledge of first aid and fire suppression. * Proficiency in risk analysis tools and report writing. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity. **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Experience in the entertainment, events, or large sports complex sectors. * Additional certifications in occupational safety, such as fire brigade, working at heights, and confined space operations. * Familiarity with occupational health and safety management systems. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * Knowledge of applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) relevant to company activities, such as NR\-10, NR\-12, NR\-18, NR\-35, among others, depending on the area of operation. * Knowledge of safety inspections, risk analysis, and use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). * Proficiency in occupational health and safety legislation. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * Strong communication skills to deliver training, guide employees, and promote awareness of safe practices. * Ability to influence and guide teams with firmness, ethics, and respect. * Proactivity in identifying risks and implementing preventive actions to avoid accidents. * Organizational skills, sense of responsibility, and attention to detail. * Interpersonal relationship skills and ability to work effectively in teams. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance of R$ 45.00 per working day * Transportation allowance according to location * SulAmérica Health Insurance + Dental Plan, fully covered by the company (with co-payment when used) * For dependents, the company covers 50% of the plan cost and the employee covers the remaining 50% + co-payment * Birthday Bonus (Caju Aniversário) of R$ 200.00 (credited on your birthday) * Mobility Allowance of R$ 200.00 after 3 months * Wellhub (gyms and wellness) * Life Insurance * Conexa Saúde (online medical consultation)
