Job Summary: A professional responsible for reading, developing, and launching structural projects, with a focus on wall modularization and precast elements. Key Highlights: 1. Requires proactivity and strong communication skills **Responsibilities:** \- Reading project documents; \- Developing and launching structural projects; \- Wall modularization and precast element design. Salary: R$2\.500 to R$5\.000 Employment Type: CLT **Requirements:** \- Prior experience in this role; \- Experience with Revit (basic to intermediate level); \- Experience with AutoCAD (intermediate to advanced level); \- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel); \- Flexibility regarding work hours and rotating shifts; \- Proactivity and strong communication skills; \- Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advantages: \- Familiarity with or experience using SketchUp; \- Basic knowledge or experience in structural design; \- Experience with Eberick or TQS (software systems). **Benefits:** Meal Allowance; Transportation Allowance; **Working Hours:** \- Rotating shift schedule (5 days on, 2 days off); \- Monday to Thursday: 07:00–17:00; Friday: 07:00–16:00\.
