Job Summary: We are seeking a creative talent to join our marketing and design team, responsible for creating graphics, adapting assets, and ensuring brand visual consistency. Key Highlights: 1. Track design trends and propose new creative ideas **Location:** Brasília – Lojinha Viva Paleteria Gura Park **Work Model:** Hybrid (remote work on Mondays and Wednesdays) **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with flexibility for occasional demands) **About the Company** Viva Paleteria is a Brasília-based brand renowned for its artisanal paletas made from fresh fruits and high-quality ingredients. We are continuously expanding and seeking creative talents to join our marketing and design team. **Responsibilities** * Create graphics for social media, stories, and promotional campaigns; * Adapt assets for print materials, menus, and in-store displays; * Support the development of visual identities and campaign layouts; * Ensure brand visual consistency across all materials; * Track design trends and propose new creative ideas; * Participate in alignment meetings with the marketing team and executive management. **Requirements** * Degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Advertising, or related fields; * Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign; * Basic knowledge of Canva Pro and AI-powered design tools; * Understanding of layout design, typography, and visual identity; * Digital portfolio (or PDF) featuring original or academic works. **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic video editing and motion design (After Effects, Premiere, or CapCut); * Experience in packaging design; * Familiarity with branding, digital marketing, and food/artisanal products. **Desired Profile** * Creative, curious, and detail-oriented; * Communicative and open to feedback; * Proactive, eager to learn, and grow with the team. **Benefits** * On-site meals (fresh food); * Birthday day off; * Dental plan; * SESC membership; * Annual profit-sharing.
