For this reason, we consider candidates from all profiles, backgrounds, and experiences for our job opportunities, fostering an inclusive and welcoming environment for everyone.** **SUMMARY DESCRIPTION:** The Oracle NetSuite Implementation and Refactoring Specialist is responsible for native modules, refactoring of legacy configurations and processes (Saved Searches, reports, payment terms, bank reconciliation, Projects module), and ensuring the ERP serves as the single source of truth (SSOT). **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * **Implementation:** Configuration and implementation of native modules: Financial, Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Projects, General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation. * **Refactoring:** Review and optimization of legacy or obsolete Saved Searches, reports, and approval workflows (SuiteFlow). * **Data Integrity:** Mapping and correction of inconsistencies in accounting entries, posting periods, and installment configurations; execution of database sanitization (deactivation/deletion of obsolete objects). * **Data Intelligence:** Development and maintenance of native dashboards and portlets via SuiteAnalytics; support for architecture enabling integration with external BI tools (Power BI/ODBC via SuiteAnalytics Connect). * **Documentation:** Creation of operational manuals, technical documentation of configurations, and process mapping. **TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:** * **NetSuite Functional:** Configuration of Chart of Accounts, Accounting Periods, Payment Terms, Revenue Recognition Rules, and Accounting Preferences. * **Required Language:** **SuiteQL** (SQL\-92/Oracle) for data extraction and validation. **BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES:** * **Practical Experience:** Hands-on experience in ERP implementation and reconfiguration projects (senior profile, beyond technical support). * **Analytical Ability:** Ability to translate business requirements (Finance and Controller areas) into native ERP configurations. **REQUIREMENTS:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management, Controller, or related areas; * Desirable: JavaScript, Advanced SQL, Python (focus on ETL/automation), JSON, and XML. **BENEFITS:** * Meal allowance (Caju card): R$ 45.00/day; * Birthday Caju: R$ 200.00; * Transportation voucher (VT): To be defined; * Health insurance; * Conexa Saúde; * Dental plan; * Wellhub; * Life insurance; * Mobility Caju of R$ 200.00 after probation period.
