The Amazon Logistics Brazil (AMZL) team is seeking a Logistics Operations Analyst to join Amazon’s External Logistics Partners team. Operations will be conducted seven days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across various shifts will be part of this role. You will manage a team of external logistics partners to ensure their performance and process compliance. You will work in a highly collaborative environment more akin to a startup than a large corporation. The mindset is that no idea is a bad idea—and the best ideas are those that should be tested and experimented with. This role requires shift rotation. You will be responsible for monitoring external logistics partners’ performance and compliance, coordinating with internal and external teams. You will also support onboarding new external logistics partners. The role demands strong ownership, ability to identify patterns and trends, attention to detail, data analysis skills, deep root-cause analysis of operational issues, and solution proposal capabilities. Operations will be conducted seven days per week, including holidays; therefore, working across various shifts will be part of this role. This position operates on a 4X3 schedule from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM and requires 15% travel flexibility. You will work at the office in the Brasília/Goiânia region and surrounding areas.
