We encourage applications from Black individuals, persons with disabilities, LGBTQIAPN+, and/or individuals from diverse generations. \#VemSerTelemont. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control expenses, insurance, and third-party services related to regional-owned and leased vehicles through inspections, compilation of information and data; * Manage fuel quotas by analyzing consumption and requesting top-ups from service providers; * Administer automobile insurance contracts by verifying validity, coverage, and initiating renewal when necessary; * Control insurance premium payments by verifying and forwarding applicable employee deductions, reviewing insurance broker invoices, and coordinating with Finance and HR departments; * Monitor the condition of leased vehicles and the company fleet by tracking scheduled corrective and preventive maintenance, and overseeing service requests and execution with service providers; * Support transportation management by compiling data on traffic fines, damages, and transportation expenses across the entire region. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Preferred: ongoing undergraduate studies in Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields; * Preferred: prior experience in this role or in an administrative area; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Meal allowance or food voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Discounts at partner pharmacies and stores.
