The Administrative Commercial Assistant will perform commercial and administrative tasks, serving customers and presenting the clinic's services, following work instructions outlined in the company's Standard Operating Procedure Manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain equipment and workplace organized, ensuring their preservation; * Explain and formalize dental service contracts with customers, in accordance with the company's manual and regulations; * File contracts and other documents in the appropriate location, per the company's manual and regulations; * Enter financial data of customer contracts into the computerized system; * Contact customers who have not paid the first installment to renegotiate and agree upon a new payment date; * Renegotiate with delinquent customers, as per the company's manual and regulations; submit a monthly report to the franchisee/manager containing information on completed renegotiations; * Submit a monthly report containing information on treatment cancellations, dropouts, and completions; scheduled and completed evaluations; formalized contracts; and new customers; * Address customer complaints regarding treatment by proposing solutions; * Cancel dental service contracts for customers no longer undergoing treatment, as per the company's manual and regulations; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training programs offered by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a higher education degree (e.g., Business Administration or related fields); * Experience in customer service; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic mathematical calculation knowledge; * Negotiation and sales techniques.
