Results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious for growth. **COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Involvement in all stages of the brokerage’s commercial activities, including prospecting, development, system registration, follow-up, and closing of sales across all insurance lines, with a focus on life insurance. **Requirements:** Must have a laptop/computer, internet connection, and mobile phone for remote work. Prior commercial experience via WhatsApp sales is essential, along with strong client communication and negotiation skills, and ability to prospect new business. Candidates must possess good interpersonal skills, be results-oriented, dynamic, proactive, and ambitious for professional growth and development. A bachelor’s degree in progress is desirable; completion of high school or technical education is mandatory. **Minimum Education Level:** High School **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
