Job Summary: Provide user support and maintenance—both preventive and corrective—perform basic printer maintenance, layout changes, and system installations. Key Highlights: 1. Knowledge of Microcomputing Provide on-site user support when remote assistance is not possible; perform preventive and corrective maintenance; perform basic printer maintenance (toner replacement, IP configuration, jam troubleshooting, coordination with third-party outsourcing providers); implement layout changes upon request; install OP system; replace hardware; procure supplies from vendors.
