**Responsibilities and Duties** **What You’ll Do Daily?**
* Perform contract renegotiations in the system, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations;
* Execute and monitor the submission, tracking, and payment of expenses;
* Conduct bank reconciliation;
* Prepare and update management reports and performance indicators;
* Support the credit recovery pipeline;
* Support the organization and control of financial and operational information;
* Interact with internal departments (Finance, Legal, Middle Office) to align and resolve requests;
* Contribute to operational process and control improvements.
**Requirements and Qualifications** **What We Expect From You**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields;
* Availability to work onsite in Brasília;
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office suite;
* Problem-solving ability;
* Experience in operational/financial routines (preferably in collections);
* Analytical, organized profile with strong attention to detail.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Completed degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, or Finance;
* Experience in secured lending (e.g., Home Equity) or the broader financial market;
* Experience with FIDCs.
