Store Assistant

Description

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Support daily store operations by collaborating with the team to deliver an excellent experience to our customers; * Assist sales associates in customer service; * Support customers in the fitting room by providing garments and suggestions for outfit combinations; * Perform garment pressing; * Assist customers with checkout at the register when necessary; * Perform daily tasks including restocking products, organizing the sales area, and pricing products; * Organize the sales area and window displays according to VM standards when requested; * Maintain a clean store and well-organized sections; * Assist in picking products for online sales; * Support customer service via telephone when necessary; * Support merchandise receiving or inter-store transfers (packing, organizing products, labeling, etc.); * Stay informed through the company's communication channels. **QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:** * Completed high school education; * Experience in face-to-face and online customer service; * Proficiency in using digital tools; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Availability to work on weekends and on a 6x1 schedule. Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
