Active collaboration with the team to ensure kitchen efficiency The bar seeks a Kitchen Assistant in Brasília. **Responsibilities:** Prepare and sanitize ingredients such as meats, vegetables, sauces, and seasonings for dish and appetizer preparation. Assist the cook in plating and finishing dishes, snacks, and portions served at the bar. Keep the kitchen orderly and clean, including utensils, work surfaces, and equipment. Restock ingredients and supplies during service to ensure prompt service delivery. Monitor inventory levels of supplies and request replenishment when necessary. Comply with hygiene standards, food safety regulations, and proper use of PPE. Support cleaning and organizing of equipment, stoves, and work areas. Document incidents related to products, waste, or maintenance needs. Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient preparation and delivery of dishes and appetizers. Previous experience as a Kitchen Helper, Assistant Cook, Food Preparer, or Industrial Kitchen Assistant may indicate alignment with some duties of this position. High school diploma required.
