**Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM \- 5:45 PM **Level:** Supervision/Coordination **Employment Type:** Service provider \- legal entity Responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising financial activities across clinical units. Develops and monitors the annual budget, controls cash flow, revenues, and expenses, coordinates accounting operations, and prepares financial statements and management reports. Conducts financial analysis and develops financial planning strategies. Implements billing policies, cost control programs, and leads the finance team. Ensures compliance with regulations, coordinates audits, and manages relationships with suppliers and financial institutions. Promotes the use of technology to optimize financial and administrative processes. **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; ?
