**Description and Responsibilities:**
**Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., with a 1-hour lunch break

1\. Execute financial processes related to revenue collection, receipt and clearance, delinquency management, and bank reconciliation by generating reports and performing routines in management/operational systems, aiming to meet deadlines, regulations, and current guidelines applicable to accounts receivable;
2\. Perform accounts payable, accounts receivable, and billing activities through the preparation of financial statements per event, as well as issuance and payment control of invoices;
3\. Control, organize, and monitor financial documents to maintain a historical record of financial transactions;
4\. Receive, register, and file payable and receivable invoices on their due dates;
5\. Analyze taxes to enable release of invoice copies to accounting, via verification and submission of documents and electronic files;
6\. Prepare daily financial movements for settlement of obligations using the system, performing verifications and clearing entries made by all departments;
7\. Monitor invoice receipts sent by company departments through a system that displays forecasted expense amounts payable to suppliers, ordered by due date, to authorize payments;
8\. Conduct analysis of requests from management or other departments involving intermediate-complexity financial calculations using spreadsheets and management systems;
9\. Prepare reports, spreadsheets, charts, compilations, and general financial statements of intermediate complexity, through verification, entry, and filing of supplier invoices, receipts, and other payments in systems and spreadsheets;
10\. Ensure accurate customer registration and supervise the team by providing necessary support, guidance, and oversight;
11\. Identify and propose improvements to financial processes through study and benchmarking against market best practices.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.
* Knowledge of financial analysis and managerial accounting.
* Proficiency in Excel and financial management software.
* Ability to prepare reports and presentations.
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Familiarity with tax and fiscal legislation.
* Organizational skills and attention to detail.
