Collaborate in the continuous improvement of kitchen processes Responsibilities: * Prepare dishes with excellence, ensuring kitchen quality and standardization, while supporting operational team leadership. * Prepare and execute dishes according to technical specifications and restaurant standards. * Coordinate organization and cleanliness of the workstation, ensuring proper mise en place. * Supervise and guide kitchen assistants to ensure efficiency and quality. * Monitor and replenish ingredients, minimizing waste. * Strictly adhere to food hygiene and safety regulations. * Collaborate with sous-chef and chef on continuous improvement of kitchen processes. * Assist in inventory control and proper storage of ingredients. * Serve as a technical reference for the team, maintaining leadership and professionalism. Mandatory Requirements: * Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques and knife skills. * Experience in organizing and operating kitchen stations. * Attention to detail and quality criteria. * Culinary education is a plus.
