If you wish to grow in a place where your work is valued and your journey recognized, join us as a **Cidadanier at Time4u!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the creation, segmentation, and delivery of email, WhatsApp, and push campaigns using automation tools; * Build relationship workflows and nurturing sequences focused on conversion and engagement; * Monitor performance metrics (open rate, click-through rate, response rate, conversion rate) and propose improvements; * Collaborate with Media, Growth, Content, and Sales teams to ensure consistency across the lead journey; * Conduct A/B tests and support the creation of more effective messages; * Ensure contact database organization and data updates. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. * Basic knowledge of automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign, etc.); * Familiarity with email marketing, WhatsApp marketing, or CRM in general; * Strong written communication skills and attention to detail; * Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn from data; * Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. * Basic HTML knowledge for emails; * Experience building customer journeys or funnels; * Interest in digital marketing and performance. **Additional Information** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * Life insurance; * Wellhub (Gympass – wellness platform); * Educational Program (partnership with Cruzeiro do Sul; Università4u – Corporate University); * SESC membership; * Partnership with OnHappy; * Birthday day-off; * Extended maternity and paternity leave; * Childcare allowance / Exceptional child allowance; **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent); **Working Hours:** 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; **Location:** Águas Claras Shopping; **Salary:** To be discussed.
