Responsible for managing public contracts, from pricing according to tender documents through execution and profitability monitoring, ensuring legal compliance, financial balance, and full fulfillment of contractual obligations.
**Main Responsibilities**
* Analyze tender documents and price proposals in accordance with technical and financial requirements, ensuring adherence to established rules;
* Register the public agency and the contract in the system, ensuring compliance with the tender document and its annexes;
* Conduct kick\-off meetings with the contracting agency and internal departments, aligning schedules, obligations, and operational workflows;
* Periodically monitor contract profitability, assessing financial impacts and proposing adjustments when necessary;
* Structure the technical content of official letters, administrative defenses, and contract amendments, directing them toward formalization and processing.
**Requirements:** **Education:**
Completed Bachelor’s Degree
Administration, Law, Public Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Preferred: Postgraduate degree in Public Procurement and Contracts, Administrative Law, or Public Management.
