E-commerce learning opportunity **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. **Level:** Internship **Employment Type:** Internship **Responsibilities:** * Internal technical support (computers, laptops, and other IT equipment) * Support in inventory management and maintenance * Product registration and organization in the internal management system * Support in operational and inventory process automation * Spreadsheet and internal management system organization * Support to the e\-commerce team * Support in error analysis and process improvement **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Information Technology, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields. * Basic computer knowledge, including hardware and software, operating systems, Microsoft Office or Google Workspace, and networking fundamentals. * Proficiency with technology and ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. * Organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate execution of operational tasks. * Good communication skills for team interaction and internal support. * Availability for on-site work. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior knowledge or experience with e\-commerce or marketplaces. * Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, data organization). * General hardware maintenance knowledge. **Benefits:** Transportation allowance
