Work integrally in the planning, execution, and enhancement of the area’s processes, projects, and services, ensuring the generation and dissemination of qualified information, technical support for decision-making, and compliance with institutional standards, through data analysis, contract management, solution development, and promotion of practices and knowledge that contribute to operational efficiency, governance, and achievement of the organization’s strategic objectives.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES OF THE ANALYST POSITION**
**GENERAL KNOWLEDGE**

**POSITION: STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ANALYST**
**FUNCTION DUTIES**
* Monitor national and international trends, scenarios, and regulatory milestones, analyzing impacts on strategic direction and organizational performance.
* Conduct strategic studies, research, and analyses to support Senior Management and other departments in formulating policies, guidelines, partnerships, and projects aligned with the institutional strategy.
* Propose and structure strategic initiatives, goals, indicators, and monitoring dashboards, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and result measurement.
* Advise the Executive Board and councils on developing, updating, and disseminating the strategic management model, including the OCB System’s strategic planning.
* Support State Units in developing their strategic plans and consolidate the OCB System’s planning, ensuring institutional coherence and alignment.
* Coordinate, consolidate, and monitor the National Unit’s Work Plan, ensuring consistency with the institutional strategy.
* Propose improvements and updates to policies, methodologies, processes, systems, and regulations related to strategic management and planning.
* Lead the deployment and monitoring of institutional goals, guiding departments in defining indicators and tracking their performance.
* Evaluate the performance of the current strategic plan and coordinate the development of the next cycle, ensuring alignment with institutional priorities and methodological consistency.
* Perform other related duties compatible with the position’s nature and in accordance with the area’s competencies.

**Requirements:** **STRATEGIC MANAGEMENT ANALYST**
* **MINIMUM AND MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS POSITION**
**EDUCATION**
* Completed undergraduate degree from a higher education institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC) in one of the following fields:
* Administration,
* Economics;
* Accounting;
* Production Engineering.
* **MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE**
* Proven professional experience of **at least 6 (six) months in a SUPERIOR LEVEL position as an ANALYST**, performing the activities described below:
* Solid experience in strategic planning and management, including formulation, deployment, and monitoring of organizational strategies;
* Proven experience conducting strategic studies, analyses, and diagnostics to support senior leadership in decision-making;
* Experience in data analysis and in defining and tracking indicators, goals, and management dashboards (KPIs and dashboards);
* Experience structuring and implementing strategic planning methodologies (e.g., BSC, OKRs, or similar);
* Experience analyzing scenarios, trends, and regulatory milestones, assessing institutional impacts;
* Experience improving processes, policies, and regulations related to strategic management;
* Experience advising the Executive Board and councils on developing, updating, and disseminating the strategic management model, including Strategic Planning.
