A fundamental role in loss prevention and results optimization. **Main Responsibilities** * Validate vehicle and order eligibility for bonus application; * Register retail, performance, trade-in, consortium, and manufacturer campaign bonuses; * Monitor processes through to billing, ensuring information compliance; * Conduct verification and reconciliation of received amounts; * Support goal tracking, campaigns, and bonus projections; * Interact with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and prevent losses. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting, Financial Management**, or related fields; * Prior experience in **administrative, financial, or commercial routines**, preferably at dealerships; * Strong analytical ability and attention to detail; * Proficiency in **intermediate to advanced Excel**; * Organizational skills, sense of urgency, and effective communication. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with **manufacturer bonuses, billing, or direct sales**; * Familiarity with **dealership systems and audit or reconciliation routines**.
