**Position: Senior Systems Analyst****Employment Type: CLT** **Work Mode: Remote** **Work Location: Home Office** **Education: Completed Bachelor's Degree** **Mandatory Requirements / Technologies / Required Knowledge** **Main Responsibilities** **Mandatory:** * **Gathering and analyzing functional and non-functional requirements** * **Creating use cases and user stories** * **Preparing technical and functional documentation (specifications, workflows, diagrams)** * **Data modeling and SQL queries (MS SQL Server / IBM DB2\)** * **UI prototyping (wireframes or prototypes, using any tool)** * **Qualitative and quantitative data analysis** * **Knowledge of the software development life cycle** * **Systems thinking: ability to map impacts and dependencies among systems** * **Defining acceptance criteria and supporting the user acceptance testing process** * **Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)** * **Experience with project and demand management tools** **Desirable:** * **Figma for prototyping** * **Jira (Kanban/Scrum board management)** * **Agile certification (Scrum Master, Product Owner, or similar)** * **Enterprise Architect** * **Familiarity with system integration: REST APIs, message queues, webhooks** * **Knowledge of layered architecture and back\-end/front\-end development (Java, Angular)** * **Experience in medium-to-large corporate environments**
