Maintenance of quality standards and activity logging **Job Description:** Handle customers, offer services and products, provide specialized technical support, conduct surveys, perform billing and customer registration activities—all exclusively via telecommunication—following planned and controlled scripts and procedures to prospect, retain, or recover customers. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Follow work instructions specified in the company's standard operating procedure manual; * Keep your workplace clean and organized at all times. * Make outbound calls to customers to promote or sell services; * Handle customer calls and/or other communication channels; * Schedule evaluations for customers identified through promotional campaigns; * Log system records of information related to performed activities; * Conduct customer satisfaction surveys in accordance with company guidelines; * Perform sales follow-up activities such as sending letters, faxes, or e\-mails; * Contact delinquent customers to schedule meetings for renegotiating outstanding debts, per internal company policy; * Identify delinquent customers based on data available in the company's information system; * Reschedule appointments for customers who failed to attend scheduled consultations and/or evaluations, per company manual and regulations. * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company.
