In this role, you will lead recruitment and selection processes for administrative, operational, technical, and leadership positions, ensuring the attraction, screening, and selection of professionals best suited to the company's needs. Join this team. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct full recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviews, administering and grading tests, feedback); * Assess candidate profiles with hiring managers and define attraction and job-posting strategies; * Align with managers on final candidates and support decision-making; * Conduct internal selection processes to promote employee development and growth; * Prepare evaluation reports on interviewed candidates; * Monitor onboarding processes, including document requests and integration of new employees; * Update Recruitment & Selection (R\&S) metrics; * Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, recruitment agencies, and platforms; * Participate in talent fairs, employment drives, and employer branding initiatives; * Support sustainability projects, apprenticeship programs, and internship programs; * Conduct and follow up on exit interviews and adaptation assessments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology; * Driver’s License: Class B; * Experience managing high-volume recruitment and selection processes; * Assertiveness in written and verbal communication; * Ability to convey and/or receive information clearly and objectively; * Action-oriented mindset, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Sense of urgency and adaptability; * Willingness to relocate to Rondon/PR. **Additional Information** ***Benefits*** ---------------- * Health Insurance; * Dental Insurance; * Group Life Insurance; * Meals at the Company Restaurant; * Employee Association; * Houses under Loan Agreement (available for certain locations); * Performance Incentive Program.
