Equipment, inventory, contract, and supplier management Irrah Tech is a technology company with 21 years of experience, focused on innovative solutions for businesses worldwide. **Who We Are Looking For** Responsible for managing and maintaining the company's physical infrastructure to ensure proper operation of corporate environments, while also overseeing outsourced services and ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and well-being standards, as well as managing equipment and inventory control. **Responsibilities** Manage contracts and supervise outsourced services (security, maintenance, reception, cafeteria, landscaping, etc.); Monitor and track preventive and corrective maintenance of facilities and equipment; Assist in planning office layouts and physical workspace changes; Handle mailroom, postal services, and warehouse operations; Manage corporate vehicle schedules and maintenance, as well as meeting room logistics; Manage utility consumption and contracts (water, electricity, telecommunications, etc.); Ensure compliance with safety regulations and local ordinances; Oversee departmental budgeting, service quotations, materials, and equipment procurement; Support corporate events and internal teams' infrastructure needs; Manage equipment inventory, delivery and usage tracking, and procurement; Serve as the primary contact point between the company and service, product, and equipment suppliers. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, Logistics, or related fields; Basic knowledge of building maintenance (electrical, plumbing, air conditioning); Familiarity with safety, accessibility, and ergonomics standards; Contract and supplier management experience; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; Problem-solving ability; Effective interpersonal communication (interacts with diverse stakeholders); Proactivity and autonomy; Time and priority management skills; Negotiation ability; **Preferred Qualifications** Experience managing outsourced teams Knowledge of ESG and corporate sustainability Certifications such as: **IFMA** (International Facility Management Association) **NR-10, NR-35** (regulatory safety standards) **LEAN** or **Six Sigma** (for process improvement) **Additional Information** On-site work in Maringá or Cianorte-PR CLT employment contract.
