Job Summary: The Collections Assistant will contact clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contracts, and update registrations, following standard procedures. Key Highlights: 1. The Collections Assistant will establish contact with clients to resolve financial outstanding issues, manage contracts, and update registrations, following the company's Standard Operating Procedure manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain equipment and workplace organized, ensuring their preservation; * Contact delinquent clients to schedule meetings for renegotiating existing debts, in accordance with internal company policies; * Identify delinquent clients based on data available in the information system; * Send correspondence inviting clients who discontinued treatment to return; * Send collection letters to delinquent clients; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions provided by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum education: completed high school; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic mathematical calculation knowledge.
