Job Summary: This position will be responsible for construction and renovation of units, providing support to civil construction projects and monitoring construction execution until handover, ensuring efficient project progress. Analysis and interpretation of project scope and documentation #### **About the position:** * Work on construction and renovation of Grupo Muffato units, providing support to civil construction projects and monitoring construction execution until handover. The incumbent must provide strategic support in response to requests received, ensuring efficient project progress. #### **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in sizing and detailing low-complexity projects, enabling field documentation and execution, under supervisor guidance. * Support the preparation of comparative and descriptive technical analysis maps to interpret suppliers’ technical proposals according to specifications. * Assist in analyzing and interpreting project scope, descriptions, and documentation to understand required products and deliverables. * Support the preparation of calculation records and quantity take-offs for low-complexity projects, complying with standards, deadlines, and quality requirements. * Clarify doubts through occasional contact with clients and suppliers, identifying pending items and tracking activity progress. * Support the preparation of technical reports and assessments, under guidance and review by superiors. * Support identification and reporting of out-of-scope requests and demands (extraordinary services). * Monitor and track construction execution and schedule. * Prepare sketches and technical drawings under supervision. * Develop quantity and cost spreadsheets for construction or renovation budgeting. * Organize technical files. * Inspect material and service quality. * Perform other related duties. #### **Mandatory Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Civil Engineering. #### **Desirable Requirements (Advantageous):** * Adherence to operational procedures required for the position. * Familiarity with the role. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Accuracy and attention to detail. * Aptitude for numerical work. * Being organized and proactive. * Organized and attentive. #### **Benefits:** * Meal/food allowance * Health insurance * Telemedicine * Telepsychology * Dental plan * Nutritionist coaching * Sports coaching * Attendance program * Life insurance * Funeral assistance * Benefits club * Pharmacy discounts #### **Work Schedule and Hours:** * Weekly workload: 220 hours/month (44 hours/week)
