Act as the liaison between customers, the workshop, and sales, ensuring transparency, competitiveness, and profitability. Responsibilities ? Create and prepare detailed estimates for services and parts, considering all associated costs, including labor, parts, and other required materials; ? Analyze and calculate service and parts costs, applying the dealership’s established pricing policies and profit margins; ? Ensure estimate accuracy and competitiveness; ? Maintain contact with suppliers to obtain quotations and information necessary for estimate preparation; ? Negotiate prices and terms when necessary; ? Support the sales team in preparing proposals and estimates for customers; ? Assist in presenting and explaining estimates to customers and respond to any questions that may arise; ? Review and adjust estimates as needed, ensuring all costs and details are updated and accurately reflected; ? Adjust estimates based on changes in services or customer requirements; JOB DESCRIPTION ? Maintain accurate and organized records of all prepared estimates, including customer information, service and parts details, and associated costs; ? Prepare periodic reports on estimation activities; ? Monitor and analyze estimate performance, identifying areas for improvement and adjusting strategies as needed to increase accuracy and efficiency; ? Track acceptance and implementation of approved estimates, ensuring all processes are followed and estimates are fulfilled; ? Stay updated on price and cost changes for parts and services, adjusting estimates and forecasts according to market fluctuations; ? Receive and inspect goods, forward invoices to the responsible department for registration, allocate goods into inventory while maintaining organization; ? Sort goods for external and internal deliveries; ? Conduct inventory counts whenever requested; ? Assist the warranty department in shipping replaced warranty parts for manufacturer analysis and in scrap/disposal processes for replaced warranty parts not requested by the manufacturer; ? Assist in other after-sales related processes. **Requirements:** Educational Qualifications Required High School Diploma – Completed Legal Requirements (Mandatory) ? Driver’s License Category B Experience and Tenure ? Preferred: 1 year Desired Technical Qualifications – Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Competencies ? Organization and discipline. ?
