This professional will be responsible for analyzing and resolving technical issues reported by users, as well as developing efficient solutions to ensure operational continuity. The role requires analytical and development skills, along with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality support. ### **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Analyze bugs, issues, and requests reported by corporate users. * Diagnose root causes of software issues and propose effective solutions. * Develop and implement alternative solutions to resolve technical problems. * Provide both temporary and long-term solutions to ensure business continuity. * Escalate complex issues to senior developers or other relevant teams when necessary. * Ensure timely and effective resolution of escalated issues, minimizing impact on operations. * Maintain detailed records of issues, implemented solutions, and temporary workarounds. * Generate regular reports on issue status and resolution progress. * Communicate effectively with corporate users to understand their concerns and provide updates on resolution progress. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and with minimal impact. ### **REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in technical support. * Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues. * Knowledge of relevant programming languages and frameworks. * Clear communication skills with corporate users and technical teams. * Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Advanced English proficiency is essential.
