Maintain constant communication with the team to ensure customer satisfaction. **Job Objective** Greet customers warmly, manage restaurant entry flow, and ensure a welcoming first impression by coordinating table assignments and communication between customers and the dining room staff. **Main Responsibilities** * Greet customers at the restaurant entrance in a warm and professional manner. * Identify reservations and organize the waiting queue when necessary. * Escort customers to available tables. * Manage the dining room occupancy flow in coordination with the manager or maître. * Introduce the restaurant and, when needed, provide guidance on house operations. * Register reservations and accommodate special customer requests. * Maintain constant communication with waitstaff, management, and dining room staff regarding table availability. * Organize the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and an attractive presentation of the space. * Assist in monitoring waiting times and enhancing customer satisfaction. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service (preferred). * Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor. * Organizational ability and capacity to handle crowds. **Behavioral Competencies** * Warmth and hospitality * Clear communication * Agility in decision-making * Emotional control during peak hours * Teamwork **Working Conditions** * Work environment: restaurant setting, requiring prolonged standing. * Direct and constant interaction with customers. * Need to manage peak hours and high customer volume.
