YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: * RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT: Ensure product preparation and sales quality, and guarantee preventive maintenance of facilities; * TEAM LEADERSHIP: Manage and motivate staff to deliver the best customer experience, with emphasis on hygiene and food safety; * FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT: Monitor restaurant performance, including procurement, cash handling, and efficient labor utilization per company procedures; * FOOD SAFETY: Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations; * INVENTORY MANAGEMENT: Supervise goods receipt and inventory control, respecting budget constraints and prioritizing efficiency; * LEGAL COMPLIANCE: Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal company policies; * TEAM DEVELOPMENT: Conduct training and capacity-building activities to maintain a team prepared to deliver outstanding service. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed undergraduate degree; * Minimum age of 18 years.
