Job Summary: CIEE-RS is seeking a Monitor in Santa Maria to assist youth and students in entering the workforce, performing administrative and customer service tasks, monitoring processes, and engaging students. This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: MONITOR at CIEE\-RS! \*Temporary contract position\* See below the responsibilities for this opportunity: * Monitor candidate registration processes to meet established targets; * Verify stipulated prerequisites and register eligible candidates into the program; * Contact students via various communication channels and provide access credentials to eligible students; * Monitor students’ first access to the platform; * Monitor and track students’ progress in the preparatory course; * Coordinate distribution of students’ school materials to units and maintain records of receipt; * Develop program materials when necessary; * Propose and implement strategies to motivate and engage students; * Provide technical support for the platform; * Keep information organized and updated on the platform; * Prepare monthly reports and, when required, reports on program indicators.
