Implementation and promotion of an organizational innovation culture What you need to become a **Junior Management and Innovation Analyst** at the fastest-growing company in southern Brazil *\#JoinOsir* **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze and support the system access management process: granting, modifying, and revoking access; * Create, organize, and analyze sectoral and cross-departmental performance indicators; * Document internal departmental procedures; * Document and monitor departmental activities: manuals, work instructions, and operational procedures; * Record information discussed during meetings attended; * Contribute to implementing and promoting an organizational innovation culture; * Develop and implement quality tools focused on continuous improvement of internal policies and procedures; * Develop strategic project plans: planning, communication, monitoring, and deadline control; * Ensure, organize, and document process improvement routines: analyzing workflows, bottlenecks, and existing inefficiencies; * Propose and implement improvement plans according to needs and identified issues; * Participate in and mediate strategic alignment sessions involving other organizational departments; * Validate and communicate requests for changes to company documents with the Legal Department; * Prepare process and sectoral indicator analysis reports; * Develop, monitor, and deliver department-specific training; * Comply with established work and quality standards within your area; * Comply with all existing company policies; * Perform additional duties related to your role, as determined by management. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Reside in Pelotas/RS; * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Apps, and spreadsheets; * Valid Class B or AB driver’s license is a plus; * Availability for flexible working hours and business travel. **Additional Information** Benefits and Advantages of Being an OsirLover * Meal Allowance * Health Insurance Plan * Institutional plan discount for Osir employees who are also customers * Emotional Support Program: Osir Always by Your Side! * Benefits Club offering discounts at: educational institutions, English courses, gyms, dental clinics, and other partner companies Osirnet’s purpose is to spark a smile of satisfaction among those who work here!
