STEAG is an energy-sector company focused on sustainable and efficient solutions. With an innovative approach, it aims to contribute to the energy transition and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on wind turbines. Conduct internal and external inspections of wind turbine components. Supervise and monitor inspections and repairs of blades. Properly document all services performed via technical reports and work orders. Comply with and ensure adherence to integrity and compliance guidelines, as well as the company's HSE norms and procedures. Work at heights above ground level, including climbing via elevator and/or access ladders. Perform activities in confined spaces. Act as supervisor for O\&M assistants during task execution. Work in energized environments and perform high-voltage switching operations. Previous experience as O\&M Technical Assistant, Junior Maintenance Technician, O\&M Operations Assistant, or O\&M Intern may indicate suitability for some activities of this position. Completed technical education required.
