Join us and help build the future of intelligent security. **Responsibilities** * Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks both inside and outside the condominium premises, following the pre-established activity schedule; * Clean and maintain materials used to carry out daily activities; * Perform kitchen-related tasks (space organization, coffee preparation, cleaning of utensils); * Restock designated areas within the condominium with required supplies; * Monitor inventory levels and request purchases from the building manager before supplies run out. **Requirements** * Experience in General Services; * Completed Elementary Education. **Work Schedule:** 12x36 — 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM **Compensation** * Base salary: R$ 1.653,63 * Hazard pay: 20% * Attendance bonus: 7% **Benefits** * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance * Uniodonto dental plan: **Location** * Biguaçu/SC Employment type: Permanent CLT contract Pay: R$1.653,63 per month Benefits: * Dental care assistance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Workplace: On-site
