The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively within teams, demonstrate empathy, actively listen and be heard, understand needs to deliver appropriate service, and possess strong communication skills (communication that fosters closeness). * Provide support to cooperatives and members regarding products involving foreign exchange and international trade operations; * Accompany members’ journeys with empathy and responsibility for process completion, while demonstrating proactivity and capability to manage multiple tasks; * Analyze documents, register (ticketing), monitor, settle, and extend foreign exchange operations; register members on the digital signature platform; send documents; and track signatures; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in International Trade, Business Administration, or Economics; * Prior experience in the financial sector is desirable; * Advanced English proficiency is a plus; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Ability to interact effectively with diverse audiences; * Capacity to remain calm and respond constructively under constant pressure; * Strong organizational sense and ability to manage concurrent tasks are essential; * Familiarity with the Change (Exchange) system and SWIFT will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consisting of 3 days per week onsite at the company headquarters located at Av. Assis Brasil, 3940, São Sebastião, Porto Alegre/RS, and 2 days working remotely.
