Feel free to register for all available positions that interest you—though we recommend completing one application process before starting another. **Responsibilities and Duties** **MAIN DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Greet clients and patients (owners and animals); * Identify the type of service required and direct them appropriately; * Provide general information regarding operating hours, available services, fees, and pre- and post-consultation instructions established by veterinarians; * Answer phone calls and messages (WhatsApp, email, or internal system), record messages, and correctly route requests; * Schedule and organize consultations and examinations; * Confirm appointments and notify clients of possible schedule changes or cancellations; * Record and update client and patient information (registration data, history, relevant observations); * Process payments for services rendered, issue invoices and payment receipts; * Perform administrative control and spreadsheet maintenance; assist in preparing monthly performance reports, forwarding data to the administrative department or coordination; * Assist in document flow between departments (clinical, financial, academic); * Restock and manage reception supplies (paper, forms, labels, ID badges, etc.). **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education:** Minimum completed high school diploma.
