We are looking for a Junior Construction Buyer to work onsite in the Procurement area, ensuring the procurement of materials, services, and contractors with quality, competitive timelines, and cost-effective pricing. You will join an experienced team with a strong partnership culture with Engineering, Planning, and Finance departments.
* Support supplier quotations and negotiations for construction materials and services.
* Issue purchase orders and track internal approvals.
* Monitor delivery schedules and support follow\-up with suppliers.
* Assist in the analysis of technical and commercial proposals.
* Update supplier registrations, contracts, and departmental KPIs.
* Provide procurement support to internal departments.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of procurement processes.
Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:**
* Currently pursuing or having completed a technical or undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
* Prior experience (CLT or PJ) in procurement, supply chain, or administrative roles.
* Familiarity with quotation processes, negotiation, and purchase order issuance.
* Intermediate knowledge of Excel and ERP or similar systems.
* Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and results orientation.
* Availability for 100% onsite work.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Specific experience in construction procurement, civil construction, or infrastructure.
* Experience analyzing contracts and comparing proposals.
* Previous work experience in engineering firms, construction companies, or real estate developers.
* Knowledge of procurement performance indicators (KPIs).
